Sarah is a Spirit-filled woman who’s passionate about living a life fully surrendered to Jesus. She’s a former nurse turned Holistic Health Practitioner, but more than anything, she’s a woman who has walked through deep valleys, experienced God’s healing, and carries a heart for authentic, soul-level sisterhood.

As the co-host of Spirit Filled Girl Talk, Sarah invites women into meaningful conversations about faith, friendship, identity, and emotional healing. Her desire is to create a space where women feel safe to be fully known, deeply encouraged, and continually pointed back to the truth of God’s Word.

With honesty, warmth, and a little humor, Sarah brings her love for Jesus and her heart for women into every episode—believing that transformation happens when we process life together, in His presence.

Satin Pelfrey is a Spirit-filled woman devoted to Jesus, shaped by both deep pain and deeper grace. As a wife, bonus mom, and storyteller at heart, she carries a legacy of faith passed down from her parents—one rooted in unwavering love for God and a life surrendered to His leading.

As the co-host of Spirit Filled Girl Talk, Satin invites women into honest conversations about friendship, healing, identity, and everyday faith. Her desire is to hold space for women to feel seen, understood, and empowered to walk in the freedom only Jesus brings.
